If you experience chipping or lifting within the first seven days, please call us to schedule a complimentary repair.
Please note that any changes to the original design or color may incur additional charges.
Our guarantee does not cover traditional polish services or broken nails from a refill service.
Repairs for services outside the 7-day guarantee start at $7 per nail.
Pro Tip: Treat your nails as "jewels, not tools." Being gentle with them will help them stay beautiful for weeks.
If you are not satisfied with your service, please let us know before you pay. We will gladly make any adjustments to your satisfaction. If a solution cannot be reached, we will remove any enhancements or coatings at no charge.
All service sales are final once you have left the salon. We do not offer monetary refunds for services that have been rendered.
We love doing children's nails! However, for their safety and the comfort of all our guests, children must be under the full supervision of a parent or guardian at all times. Our salon contains sharp instruments and chemicals that can be hazardous to unsupervised children. We kindly ask that you make childcare arrangements for children under 10 who are not receiving a service.
For the safety and comfort of our clients and staff, we reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to any individual who demonstrates rude, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior.
For your safety and ours, our premises are monitored by digital video surveillance. Leaving the salon without paying is considered theft of services and will be reported to the police. We reserve the right to use surveillance images to aid in identification and prosecution.
